01Our story
Our dream was to create good service for tourists that would make their holidays in Cyprus even more special. It came true in 1989, when we opened a small family business in Ayia Napa.
I am Theo, a trained chef. My brother Peter is a trained waiter. Since then we have tried to give every guest as much satisfaction as we can: traditional Cypriot dishes, steak, fish and vegetarian plates, a wine list and homemade desserts.
02Signature dishes
Layers of sliced potatoes, aubergines, courgettes, vegetable mince topped with Béchamel sauce and served with village salad.
Layers of baked pasta with bolognaise sauce, tomato béchamel and Parmesan cheese. Served with village salad
Lamb, onions, tomatoes, salt, pepper, oregano and olive oil. Cooked in the oven and served with roast potatoes and salad
Pork fillet sautéed with apples, honey, mushrooms, wine Finished with apple creamy sauce.

Great opportunity to experience the local flavors We normally try various restaurants in our vacations, but this time was different. After we came the first time, we decided to return every evening. We ordered only local cuisine, but everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. The service is quick and the staff is very friendly. Amazing experience.

1st class food at Flames Flames have moved further up Nissi Avenue which i think is a better location. The new restaurant is modern very clean and has a chilled atmosphere. The food as normal is 1st class with so much to choose from at really good prices.Staff are very friendly professional and very helpful, I would highly recommend Flames for a night out for food .top quality great service and a 1st class experience 👏

I eat what I like & I like what I eat Although they now operate from new premises they continue to set high standards in delivering great food albeit the same menu but why would you change a winning formula with Peter & theo the restaurant is in very safe & experienced hands & they have all the restaurant staff singing from the same hymn sheet thanks for all the great food & long may it continue cheers guys👍😋👌

Delicious food, great service and amazing atmosphere! Really lovely fresh fish, one of the best meals we’ve had whilst away! We’ve now visited twice during our holiday, definitely worth the visit from Protaras. Highly recommend the fish of the day and grilled prawns. Very lovely atmosphere with extremely friendly staff, highly recommended and will definitely be back next year!

Excellent Had the pepper fillet steak which was cooked to perfection, absolutely delicious. A side of creamy garlic mushrooms, halloumi cheese and tzaziki all of which was equally as delicious. Excellent service, the staff couldn't do enough for you and the free shot/palate cleanser was a nice touch with the bill. Would absolutely come again!
